Stone Lodge
Stone Lodge offers rolling hills, beautiful views, an open yard and a plethora of things to do together. This property is easily accessible and features spacious bedrooms, game room, fire pit, hot tub, screened porch, vast outdoor space, large kitchen and a garage area with other games and activities. Enjoy the many nearby surrounding activities or spend your time creating lasting memories at the property. Your perfect mountain escape!
Space:
Stone Lodge is located less than 10 minutes from downtown Blairsville including: shopping, restaurants, wineries, breweries, grocery stores and other attractions.
The property is very easy to find and accessible by all paved roads. There is ample parking for up to 4 vehicles and space to park a boat or small RV if needed.
You will access the property through the side door of the property directly up the stairs from the gravel parking lot. Entry will be into the open area, with vaulted ceiling, including the dining room, kitchen and living room.
The living area will be to your right and it includes a large sofa, recliners, bench, large smart TV, and gas fireplace.
The dining area will be to your left and it has a round table with four seats plus a bar with additional seating.
There is a fully equipped kitchen directly after the dining area with a large island, and stainless steel appliances including: stove, microwave, dishwasher and side by side refrigerator with bottom freezer.
The full size washer and dryer is located just down the hall from the kitchen and leads to the first of three bedrooms.
The main level bedroom is a king suite with direct access to the screened porch overlooking the rolling hills. The bedroom design is unique based on the bathroom being shared but also can be shut off for privacy in the suite. The bathroom has a single vanity and tub/shower combo.
The screen porch is located on the front side of the house overlooking the large yard, where kids can easily play, and provides nice views to sit back and enjoy the mountain air and sounds.
The porch wraps around the home and has a grill, two outdoor dining areas, multiple outdoor chairs and five person hot tub. The hot tub is positioned on the back side of the house for privacy.
The outdoor stone fire pit is just outside the main level screen porch.
The upstairs level features two more king bedrooms, each with a private balcony, adirondack chairs and shared bathroom in the hallway splitting the two bedrooms.
The lower level has an additional living area, full bathroom, and game room. You will step back in time playing billiards on the 1964 Brunswick table! There are board games, puzzles, a large screen smart TV, and a comfortable seating area.
There is a fourth bedroom on the lower level for an additional sleeping option.
The detached garage has a ping pong table, darts and corn hole game for endless entertainment.
The cabin was designed with family in mind. So much to enjoy, great space to gather, all combined with the beauty of the North GA Mountains.

There are security cameras at the entrance and facing the parking area. No other cameras are on the property or in private areas.

Cancellation Policy:
● To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking and it must be at least 14 days prior to arrival. The refund will be for all nights minus any service processing fees.
● If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll receive a 50% refund for all nights minus any service processing fees.
● If guests cancel after that, you’ll not receive any refund

The electronic door code will be provided one day prior to your arrival.
You will have full access to the property with the exception of the owner's closet.

Getting Around:
The location is excellent and conveniently located between Blairsville and Blue Ridge. It has easy access to the main highway (515) that runs directly to both towns in opposite directions.

Other properties are in the neighborhood. We ask that you please respect the owners privacy and comply with private property signs.
Trash and Litter:
Trash pickup service is provided on Tuesday. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the two trash cans provided. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash. Also if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at:

Quiet time:
Please keep your noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. both inside and outside. This includes the hot but, fire pit, and porches. Sound travels easily in the mountains and can disturb unseen guests.
