We are honored to call the North GA mountains home. We are committed to give back to the communities in which we operate. Being involved in the Union and Fannin Chamber of Commerce, acting as a board member on the Blue Ridge Business Association, and serving as ambassadors in the Fannin County chamber we keep active in our community
Growing up an hour and half from the Blue Ridge Mountains, I have a passion for the area, its beauty and everything it has to offer. Our love of nature, the plethora of things to do, the friendly towns and peace the area offers is what brought my wife and I to call Fannin County our home.
I’m a graduate of East Tennessee University with a degree in Marketing. Throughout my career I’ve been able to exceed my goals, develop successful teams and deliver profitability objectives. I have over 30 years of professional experience holding positions in sales management, sales development, and operations with Frito-Lay, Nestle, Red Bull, and Goodwill. In 2014 I opened and grew a very successful Allstate Agency in North Fort Myers, FL before opening PMI North GA Mountains.
The extensive training and development I received from these Fortune 500 companies and understanding the organization, business planning and execution necessary to run a successful business has honed the skills required to care for your property and maximize its ROI.
I’ve built my success through trust, integrity, providing expertise in my field and putting my clients/customers first. That is the same thing I offer you when managing your property. Everyone will say they will treat it as their own, I operate in the mindset, it is mine and it should be treated that way because you trusted it to me.
My constant has been the high demand I put on myself to reach the unexpected. Hard work, rigorous planning, exceptional communication and noting the details creates the foundation for success.

Any successful business requires expertise in organization, record keeping, and communication. That is what I will bring in managing your property. The details necessary to arrange the maintenance, cleaning, disbursement of funds, communication with renters, and other necessary items will be managed directly by me.
I’ve been in education for the past 30 years. I’m a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Florida with a master’s degree in Elementary Education. Any effective teacher will tell you; organization and communication are essential for success. My ability to educate, develop training programs, and my organization and communications skills will be critical in managing the back end of our business, ensuring your property is handled professionally.
