Description:
This picturesque property will not disappoint! With beautiful mountain views and calming sounds of the Toccoa River, it is minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. The convenience is rewarding and the space is amazing. Comfort is at every turn, with large recliner sofas, cozy king bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, wrap-around porches, a screened porch with wood burning fireplace, two indoor gas fireplaces, a swing, rocking chairs, a hot tub and two large living areas with 65” smart TV’s. Added bonus - gated porch for pets!
Space:
As you drive into the secluded neighborhood, the peace and serenity of nature will take over. The property has a very easy circle drive with plenty of parking for four vehicles and a gentle sloping level lot.
As you enter the cabin on the main level, you will immediately notice the excellent use of tri color woods, detailed accent walls, high vaulted ceiling, stone gas fireplace, large beautiful kitchen and dining area and the comfort calling from the large double reclining sofas and two reclining chairs. The large glass windows let in plenty of light and a great view of the luscious mountain background! In addition, the main level has a half bath and full washer/dryer.
The home has a large wrap-around deck on the main level with rocking chairs, a screened porch, a wood burning fireplace and an outdoor dining area. A work station is available in the loft area including a desk/chair with very good wireless connections.
Sleeping options include three king bedrooms with one on each level and a queen sleeper sofa.
The upstairs master suite includes a large double vanity, walk-in closet, roomy shower and large soaking tub. In addition, it has its own private balcony and seating area to hear the sounds of the river or just a peaceful conversation with your significant other.
The main level has a large king master suite including a double vanity, a walk-in closet, a roomy shower and a large soaking tub. It has access to the large screened porch with wood burning fireplace.
The downstairs level has a king bed, walk-in closet, with access to a full bathroom with shower, and a single vanity sink. The crown of this room is it has direct access to the hot tub on the downstairs porch.
The downstairs offers a very spacious additional living area with a queen sofa bed, recliner, gas fireplace, gameroom with pool table, and bar area including a sink and mini fridge. The hot tub is accessible from the downstairs level and the porch is also gated.
Additional amenities include: karaoke machine, six TV’s with cable/streaming, boom box, yoga mats, light weights, stretch bands and baby changing pad. Guest will have Toccoa River access including a pavilion and picnic tables.
Toccoa River Golf Course is less than 3 miles from the property.
The owners believe the family must be complete by offering a pet friendly property for all to enjoy! Pets are restricted to two and under 50lbs and must be 2 years of age or older (no puppies). Dog bowls, leashes and poop bags are provided. They respectfully ask that you please not let your pets on the furniture or beds. A dog bed and blanket are supplied for your pet.
The large wrap around porch is gated so the pets can roam freely and know your fur babies are safe. A dog poop pail is also provided for waste disposal. Please empty into trash bags prior to checkout and place into the trash receptacle in the wood trash bin area.
Please do not use “slime” of any kind in the home. It will discolor and stain furniture, bedding and other items.

Cancellation Policy:
● To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking and it must be at least 14 days prior to arrival. The refund will be for all nights minus any service processing fees.
● If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll receive a 50% refund for all nights minus any service processing fees.
● If guests cancel after that, you’ll not receive any refund
Security ring camera is located at the front door.
Guest Access:
Access is via keyless entry. A check-in code will be provided 1 day prior to arrival. Checkout code will be provided the day before with instructions. The entire cabin is available to the guest with the exception of the owners closet
Neighborhood Overview:
The neighborhood is accessible by paved roads up until you enter and then gravel for about ½ mile. It is just 10 minutes to downtown Blue Ridge and 15 minutes to downtown McCaysville. Four wheel drive is not necessary. You also have Toccoa River access with a private pavilion and picnic tables.

Privacy: Other properties are in the neighborhood. We ask that you please respect the owner's privacy and comply with private property signs. Pets: All pets must be kept on a leash when outside. Poop bags and dog bowls are provided for your furry family members. Trash and Litter: Trash pickup service is provided on Tuesday. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the three trash cans provided and lids securely attached. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash.
Also if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at:
